How to Order & Request form

Enquiries

Use the order form link at the bottom of the "Order form" page to send your enquiry/Request to Hazel

Description of Pet

Add a breif description of the subject in the form i.e Black Lab, Tabby cat etc

Special requests

If you have any special requests please use section in order form, for example if you would like a specific size or a multiple portrait.

Photos

Once a commission has been agreed Hazel will need a good photograph(s) to work from (Please see tips on taking photographs).  These can either be e.mailed at high resolotion or alternatively can be posted.

Timescale

Hazel will be able to give you a guideline timescale for the completion of your pet portrait.  If you have a specific time in mind, for example for a birthday etc, please let Hazel know through the order form.

Once I receive your form I will endevour to get back to you the same day with a quote for your particular request.  In some cases there will be more than one choice of size that would be suitable for the subject, in this case i will send you all applicable quotes for you to choose from.

On receipt of your quote

Once you have received your quote and decide to go ahead with the portrait you can confirm by e.mail and also send your photos at the same time (high resolution).  Alternatively you can post your photos after confirmation.

On Completion

Once your portrait has been finished I will post it onto the website gallery for you to view, once you are happy with the portrait you can pay via credit card, debit card or by cheque. Alternatively if you are local you can pay on collection by cash, credit or debit card.
